Today the SkillsNET Foundation announced the official launch of its highly anticipated SCORE program. SCORE will provide global business and education leaders an array of qualified skill and competency content management tools and processes that meet the stringent guidelines established by the measurement and scientific community. The result will be exponential growth in high performance organizations and worker portability in an emerging ‘flat world” social and economic environment.

The SkillsNET Foundation SCORE effort is a universal community of business skill, competency, and Human Capital thought leaders, scientist, and educators that have been organized to provide technical and social guidance to global knowledge workers, organizations, and adult learning institutions. Members of the community are from business sector, learning institutions, research organizations, international government agencies, associations, and concerned individuals.

SCORE's primary focus is providing industry, education, and government innovative Human Capital Management solutions via open access to HCM tools and proven business processes. We strive to maintain our "innovative edge" by being active contributors to international, national, and regional standard bodies and leading highly visible applied science projects.
